How does it work?

Once you have chosen your deal, click on ‘Buy Now’ and enter your personal information and payment details. Once you have purchased the deal, you will receive a voucher by email which will state a unique 16 digit code. The voucher will also highlight the terms and conditions and accommodation provider contact details. Simply call or email the accommodation provider with your requested reservation dates- remember to state your 16 digit voucher code. The accommodation provider will then confirm availability and your booking. Please remember to take your voucher with you when you arrive at your accommodation.

How can I pay for my deal?

You can pay for your deal by debit card (Visa Electron and Visa Debit) or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

I have contacted the hotel but they do not have availability for my requested dates. What do I do now?

Very often our deals are in high demand and hotels can book out quickly. If the hotel is unable to find an alternative date for your stay, you can cancel your deal within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please send an email to stating your name, date of deal purchase and the 16 digit unique voucher code. We will send a confirmation email as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded.

How long is my voucher valid for?

On our website, the validity of the offer is clearly stated under ‘Conditions’. You will also find this information on your voucher which you will receive by email after purchasing a deal.

Do your deals include flights?

No, our deals usually only include accommodation and perhaps some added extras. If flights, transfers or other travel is included, this will be clearly stated in the highlights or conditions of the deal. Suitable flights can be purchased on

I have purchased a deal from your website but have not yet received a voucher. What should I do?

Don’t panic- simply send us an email at stating your name, which deal you purchased and when you purchased it and we will do our best to solve your query.

I have changed my mind and would like a refund. Is this possible?

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchasing a voucher from our website. Please contact stating your name, date of deal purchase and the 16 digit unique voucher code. We will send a confirmation email as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded. Don’t forget that you can always give your voucher away as a gift.

The voucher states a price that I did not pay. What does this mean?

Vouchers always indicate the original price, i.e. the price you would have paid if you had not taken advantage of our deal. Therefore, if you purchase a deal for £99 and the original price of the deal was £199, you will see £199 on the voucher.

I no longer wish to receive your newsletter. How can I unsubscribe?

If you scroll to the bottom of the newsletter, you will find a link to unsubscribe. Alternatively, please contact us at requesting to be removed.

Can I buy a deal from your website as a gift?

Of course! Simply click on ‘Buy as a gift’ on the deal’s page.

Can I take my children on this deal?

Please refer to the terms and conditions of the particular deal you are interested in. With some deals there is the opportunity for children under a certain age to stay free of charge or at a small surcharge in the parents’ room. Alternatively, contact the accommodation provider directly for information- please remember to tell them that you have purchased a deal with us.

Is there still a chance to buy a deal when it’s a missed deal?

Our deals are only online for a limited amount of time. However, if there is a deal you would like to purchase which is no longer online, please email us at stating clearly the deal you are interested in. We will then see if we can put it back online for you.
